2. Product Information

2.1 We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and details of our products. However, slight variations in colour, size, texture, or appearance may occur due to the natural origin of Rudraksha and other spiritual items, or due to photography and screen display settings.

2.2 All products are described as "100% Certified & Original" based on Vedic Shastra guidelines and are energised by experts as per traditional rituals, where applicable.

2.3 Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Payment can be made through the payment methods available on the Website (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, COD if applicable, etc.).

3.4 In case of payment failure or discrepancy, the order will not be processed until successful payment confirmation is received.

4. Orders & Order Cancellation

4.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

4.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We offer Pan-India delivery. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

5.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 RK Store Divine is not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

6.1 Given the spiritual and energised nature of our products, returns/exchanges are only accepted in case of:

Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect

6.3 Products once used, altered, or energised/worn cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
